In July of 2020, the Miles Nadal JCC with ReelAbilities Film Festival Toronto offered an online introductory course in filmmaking for youth with disabilities. In addition to learning filming and storytelling techniques, participants were interviewed about their experience of the pandemic. Ophira supported the design of this course, facilitated sessions, interviewed participants and helped them to shape and convey their stories through the creation of short films.
